**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Property maint., electrical and mechanical systems as well as general buildinng upkeep

**Responsibilities:**

- Perform maintenance tasks including electrical repairs and general troubleshooting

- Welding and metalwork as needed for repairs and projects is great but not necessary

- Supervise and coordinate outside contractors for specialized repairs

- Maintain inventory of tools and equipment

-Knowledge of OSHA Safety standards

- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders

**Requirements:**

- Proficiency in electrical systems and mechanical knowledge,

- Ability to fabricate and weld as necessary for maintenance tasks

- Property maintenance- mowing, weeding, pressure washing and general curb appeal upkeep

- Strong English communication skills for interacting with team members and documenting work

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
